atha sinhasanam
gulphau cha vrishanasyadhah sivanyah parshvayoh kshipet |
dakshine savya gulpham tu daksha gulpham tu savyake ||52||
अथ सिंहासनम्
गुल्फौ च वृषणस्याधः सीवन्याः पार्श्वयोः क्षिपेत् ।
दक्षिणे सव्यगुल्फं तु दक्षगुल्फं तु सव्यके ॥५२॥
atha siṁhāsanam-
gulphau ca vṛṣaṇasyādhaḥ sīvanyāḥ pārśvayoḥ kṣipet |
dakṣiṇe savya-gulphaṁ tu dakṣa-gulphaṁ tu savyake ||52||
Nun die Löwen-Position (Simhasana):
[Der Yogi] platziert die Knöchel unterhalb des Scrotums auf beiden Seiten des Beckenbodens, der linke Knöchel auf der rechten Seite, der rechte natürlich auf der linken Seite. ||52||
