godhuma shali yava shashtika shobhanannan
kshirajya khanda navanita siddha madhuni |
shunthi patola kaphaladika pancha shakan
mudgadi divyam udakam cha yamindra pathyam ||65||
गोधूमशालियवषाष्टिकशोभनान्नं
क्षीराज्यखण्डनवनीतसिद्धामधूनि ।
शुण्ठीपटोलकफलादिकपञ्चशाकं
मुद्गादिदिव्यम् उदकं च यमीन्द्रपथ्यम् ॥६५॥
godhūma-śāli-yava-ṣāṣṭika-śobhanānnaṁ
kṣīrājya-khaṇḍa-navanīta-siddhā-madhūni |
śuṇṭhī-paṭola-kaphalādika-pañca-śākaṁ
mudgādi-divyam udakaṁ ca yamīndra-pathyam ||65||
Weizen, Reis, Gerste und alles was innerhalb von 60 Tagen reift [ist] gute Nahrung. Milch, Ghee, kristalliner Zucker, Butter, harter Zucker, Honig, |
getrockneter Ingwer, die Gurkenfrucht, [sowie] weitere fünf Gemüse, Mung-Bohnen, [sowie] weitere Hülsenfrüchte und Regenwasser, [diese ist Nahrung, die] für die Besten der Yogis angemessen [ist]. ||65||
godhuma (गोधूम, godhūma) = Weizen
