pushtam sumadhuram snigdham gavyam dhatu praposhanam |
manobhilashitam yogyam yogi bhojanam acharet ||66||
पुष्टं सुमधुरं स्निग्धं गव्यं धातुप्रपोषणम् ।
मनोभिलषितं योग्यं योगी भोजनम् आचरेत् ॥६६॥
puṣṭaṁ sumadhuraṁ snigdhaṁ gavyaṁ dhātu-prapoṣaṇam |
manobhilaṣitaṁ yogyaṁ yogī bhojanam ācaret ||66||
Nahrhafte, süße und milde Milchprodukte nähren den Körper |
und sind angenehm für den Geist. Das ist geeignete Nahrung, die der Yogi nutzen sollte. ||66||
pushtam (पुष्टम्, puṣṭam) = nährend
sumadhuram (सुमधुरं, sumadhuraṁ) = sehr süß
snigdham (स्निग्धम्, snigdham) = mild
gavyam (गव्यम्, gavyam) = Milchprodukte
dhatu (धातु, dhātu) = die 7 Dhatus, Bestandteile des Körpers, physischer Körper
praposhanam (प्रपोषणम्, prapoṣaṇam) = nähren
manah (मनः, manaḥ) = Geist, Verstand
abhilasitam (अभिलसितं, abhilasitaṁ) = angenehm
yogyam (योग्यम्, yogyam) = geeignet
yogi (योगी, yogī) = Yogi, der Yogaübende
bhojanam (भोजनम्, bhojanam) = Essen, Nahrung
acharet (आचरेत्, ācaret) = nutzen sollte
