Sentence 125

abhyase tu vinidranam mano dhritva samadhina |
rudrani va para mudra bhadram siddhim prayachchhati ||125||

अभ्यासे तु विनिद्राणां मनो धृत्वा समाधिना ।
रुद्राणी वा परा मुद्रा भद्रां सिद्धिं प्रयच्छति ॥१२५॥

abhyāse tu vinidrāṇāṁ mano dhṛtvā samādhinā |
rudrāṇī vā parā mudrā bhadrāṁ siddhiṁ prayacchati ||125||

In der Praxis den Geist (Manas) durch Samadhi ohne Erschöpfung zu konzentrieren |
- Rudrani als das beste Mudra gibt hervorragende Ergebnisse (Siddhi). ||125||

abhyase (अभ्यासे, abhyāse) = in der Praxis
tu (तु, tu) = (verstärkendes Partikel)
vi nidranam (विनिद्राणाम्, vi-nidrāṇām) = ohne Ermüdung, nicht schlafend
manah (मनः, manaḥ) = Geist, Verstand
dhritva (धृत्वा, dhṛtvā) = stabil, fest, fixiert
samadhina (समाधिना, samādhinā) = (instr. sg. m) durch Samadhi

rudrani (रुद्राणी, rudrāṇī) = Rudrani (fem. von Shiva, Rudra a.k.a Shambhu) Rurdrani, hier: Shambhavi Mudra
va (वा, vā) = oder, als
para (परा, parā) = beste
mudra (मुद्रा, mudrā) = Mudra
bhadram (भद्राम्, bhadrām) = wohltuend, exzellent, hervorragend, großartig
siddhim (सिद्धिम्, siddhim) = (acc. sg. f.) Siddhi, Perfektion, übernatürliche Kräfte
prayachchhati (प्रयच्छति, prayacchati) = gibt, gewährt, verleiht

Oft sieht man übersetzt: "Rudrani oder andere Mudras". Um va (वा, vā) als "oder" zu übersetzen ist meist ein zweites ~skt~vaa~ nötig.
