iyam tu madhyama nadi dridhabhyasena yoginam |
asana prana sanyama mudrabhih sarala bhavet ||124||
इयं तु मध्यमा नाडी दृढाभ्यासेन योगिनाम् ।
आसनप्राणसंयाममुद्राभिः सरला भवेत् ॥१२४॥
iyaṁ tu madhyamā nāḍī dṛḍhābhyāsena yoginām |
āsana-prāṇa-saṁyāma-mudrābhiḥ saralā bhavet ||124||
Dieser mittlerer Energiekanal (Nadi) wird gerade durch die stabile Praxis des Yogis |
in Körperhaltung (Asana), Kontrolle des Prana durch Mudras. ||124||
