kandordhve kundali shaktih supta mokshaya yoginam |
bandhanaya cha mudhanam yas tam vetti sa yogavit ||107||

कन्दोर्ध्वे कुण्डली शक्तिः सुप्ता मोक्षाय योगिनाम् ।
बन्धनाय च मूढानां यस् तां वेत्ति स योगवित् ॥१०७॥

kandordhve kuṇḍalī śaktiḥ suptā mokṣāya yoginām |
bandhanāya ca mūḍhānāṁ yas tāṁ vetti sa yogavit ||107||

Auf der Spitze des Ursprungs-Zentrums (Kanda) schläft die Kundalini (Kundalinishakti), die zur Befreiung des Yogi, |
und zur Fessel für den Verwirrten wird. Der diese kennt, ist ein Kenner des Yoga (Yogavit). ||107||
