Utthita  Parshvakonasana

Utthita (उत्थित, Utthita) = extended, spread
Parshva (पर्श्व, Parśva) = side
Kona (कोण, Koṇa) = angle
Asana (आसन, Āsana) = pose, posture, seat
Utthita Parshvakonasana (उत्थित पर्श्वकोणासन, Utthita Parśvakoṇāsana) = extended side angle pose
