Gomukhasana A

Go (गो, Go) = Cow
mukha (मुख, mukha) = Head, Mouth
Asana (आसन, Āsana) = Pose, Posture, Seat
Gomukhasana (गोमुखासन, Gomukhāsana) = Cow-Head-Posture
