Deepen your practice and understanding about alignment and yoga therapy. Dr. Ronald Steiner will guide you the way from anatomy to philosophy. Therefore this workshop will not only help you finding new ways and techniques in mastering demanding positions, but will also give you a more holistic and at the same time precise perspective on your practice.
Each day we will focus on a different topic, linking aspects of the gross and subtle body together. During this intensive we will cover the whole body. This workshop is especially helpful for yoga teachers, but not limited to teachers. Some experience in the Ashtanga Tradition is recommended, but not essentially necessary.
Dr. Ronald Steiner is a German physician (sports medicine), advanced Ashtanga practitioner and one of the very rare Yoga teachers authorized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and also certified by BNS Iyengar. His teaching is based where anatomy of movement and yoga therapy meets with profound philosophy, where precise technique and energetic alignment mingles with experience. More: AshtangaYoga.info

Morning classes will be Ashtanga Led Class / Mysore Style with lots of detail explanation. Afternoon sessions will explain special techniques, alignment aspects and yoga therapy. The day will end with Philosophy, Pranayama and Meditation.
