Padangushthasana

Pādānguṣṭhāsana

Pada (पाद, Pāda) = leg, foot
Padangushtha (पादान्गुष्ठ, Pādānguṣṭha) = big toe
Asana (आसन, Āsana) = pose, posture, seat
Padangushthasana (पादन्गुष्ठासन, Pādanguṣṭhāsana) = hold-the-big-toe-posture
