Follow along with Ronald and Kumiko through this typical pranayama practice from the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. This is an excellent practice for quieting the mind, and can help us to draw our focus inward as opposed to feeling lost in the whirlwind of daily life. 

You will be guided through the practice in a gentle way so that anyone can experience the benefits of the breathing exercises. Ronald guides you through each exercise and explains each technique in detail.
