At any given moment, about 40% of the German population are experiencing some back pain. The root cause is not mainly structural, but rather functional. This exercise sequence will help you to alleviate general back pain complaints - or to prevent them from happening at all. The exercise works to lengthen the spine, which allows the individual vertebrae to sort of float in place, which results in a new sense of space and mobility. While you are improving your flexibility, you are also able to explore the multi-dimensional range of motion potential you have in your spine.
