जनसङ्गपरित्यागात् षड्भिर् योगः प्रसिद्ध्यति ॥१६॥

utsāhāt sāhasād dhairyāt tattva-jñānāś ca niścayāt ।"
jana-saṅga-parityāgāt ṣaḍbhir yogaḥ prasiddhyati ॥16॥

Ernsthaftigkeit, Furchtlosigkeit, Beharrlichkeit, Wahrhaftigkeit, Wissen und Vertrauen; |
Beenden von oberflächlicher Geselligkeit, durch diese sechs (Tugenden) wird das Yoga erreicht. ||16||
