इयं तु मध्यमा नाडी दृढाभ्यासेन योगिनाम् ।"
आसनप्राणसंयाममुद्राभिः सरला भवेत् ॥१२४॥

āsana-prāṇa-saṁyāma-mudrābhiḥ saralā bhavet ॥124॥
