The first chapter of Svatmarama’s Hatha yoga Pradipika, „Prathamo Padeshah“, is about diet and physical exercises (Asanas).

Hatha Pradipika

hatha (हठ, haṭha) = Name of the described yoga style, Sun Moon
yoga (योग, yoga) = Yoga
pradipika (प्रदिपिका, pradipikā) = illumination, bright light

Sentence 44

tatha-[e]{i}kasminn eva dridhe siddhe siddhasane sati |"
bandha-trayam anayasat svayam evopajayate ||44||

तथ[ए]{इ}कास्मिन्न् एव दृढे सिद्धे सिद्धासने सति ।"
बन्धत्रयम् अनायासात् स्वयम् एवोपजायते ॥४४॥

tatha-[e]{i}kāsminn eva dr̥ḍhe siddhe siddhāsane sati ।"
bandha-trayam anāyāsāt svayam evopajāyate ॥44॥

Wenn dieses eine Siddhasana perfektioniert und bequem wird, |
[dann] entstehen wahrlich die drei Bandhas ohne Mühe aus sich heraus. ||44||

dr̥ḍhe = fest, stabil
siddhe = vervollkommnet
siddhāsane = Position der Erleuchteten, Siddhasana, Name der Position
sati = werden

bandha = Bandha (Jalandhara-, Mula-, Uddiyana-Bandha), Bündel, Technik um Energie zu bündeln
trayam = drei
anāyāsāt = einfach, ohne Mühe
svayam = von alleine, aus sich heraus
eva = wahrlich
upayāyate = entstehen
