The Intermediate Series is also know as "Nadi Shodana", or the cleansing of energy channels. Discover a whole new dimension of your Ashtanga practice and learn more about the subtle aspects. Here Ronald guides you step by step through the poses of this series.
In this video you can practice along with Pia and Ronald while being counted through the Intermediate Series in the traditional form. The practice begins without Sun Salutations, going directly into Pashasana, the first pose of this series. You can choose to practice the Sun Salutations and the standing poses before practicing along with this video if you like. Ronald will guide you through the various poses up to Bakasana B. From here you can continue your practice or finish with Savasana.
