ājādi-māṁsa-dadhi-takra-kulatthakola-"

Bitteres, Saures, Beißendes, Salziges, Scharfes, grünes Gemüse, saurer Haferschleim, Sesam Öl, Sesam, Senf, Alkohol, Fisch, |
Ziege, anderes Fleisch, saure oder mit Wasser vermischte Milch, Pferdebohne, Jujube-Frucht, Ölkuchen, Teufeldreck, Knoblauch und weiteres ist ungeeignete [Nahrung für einen Yogi], so sagt man. ||61||
