The day begins with applied anatomy, alignment principles and therapeutic exercises. These will be presented and then put directly into practice in order to reinforce understanding. At the end of each day, the focus will be on practical implementation of what was covered. Two breaks of 60-90 minutes are included over the course of the day.
With the tools of practice and theory you will learn different exercises which balance out the stress on the knee joint. It's role in the functionality of the leg will also be explained. The theoretical know-how that Dr. Ronald Steiner will share is presented in a way which will allow you to use this joint in the most anatomically-friendly way, whether on or off of the mat.
