Each day we will focus on a different topic, linking aspects of the gross and subtle body together. During this intensive we will cover the whole body. This workshop is especially helpful for yoga teachers, but not limited to teachers. Some experience in the Ashtanga Tradition is recommended, but not essentially necessary. Dr. Ronald Steiner is a German physician (sports medicine), advanced Ashtanga practitioner and one of the very rare Yoga teachers authorized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and also certified by BNS Iyengar.
