What can you expect with this video?
The exercises in this video are intended to help you to relax and loosen up tension in the muscles in the neck. Movement creates warmth which is useful in releasing tension in the body and in the cervical spine this is especially the case. Create space as you experience the intense stretching in the neck, mouth and jaw.
We invite you to join us to chant Om with us out loud at the end of the sequence so that also your voice can be heard.
