What to expect from this video
Experience this magical sequence and practice along with the video! Relax and loosen up any tension you feel in your feet and legs. Afterwards you will feel as fresh as a newborn baby. Dr. Ronald Steiner and yogini Melanie show you how to support regeneration in the legs and to relieve discomfort and heaviness in the legs through this sequence intended to break up tension and to promote the circulation of fluids that will help to reduce swelling in the lower extremities.
For whom is this video?
Perhaps you had a long day and spent a particularly long time on your feet? Perhaps you ran errands around the city and now your legs feel heavy and dull. There's a simple reason for this: as your blood travels through the body to the legs. After standing for a long time, it is likely that some fluids have escaped from the blood vessels and have been absorbed by tissue. This leads to the sense that the legs are so heavy.
Through a variety of techniques and exercises you can promote the lymphatic reflux, thus stimulating blood circulation in different parts of the body. This is also an excellent way to switch off and relax in the evening. Afterwards you could even add a few sun salutations or perhaps even an entire series. Or, perhaps this is jsut what you needed to end your day and you feel well-prepared for a good night's sleep.
