विशोका वा ज्योतिष्मती ॥३६॥

viśokā vā jyotiṣmatī ||36||

- Or by contemplating the inner light that is free of suffering. ||36||

vishoka (विशोका, viśokā) = free of suffering; pain free
vat (वात्, vāt) = or, also
jyoti (ज्योति, jyoti) = inner light
jyotishmati (ज्योतिष्मती, jyotiṣmatī) = concentration of the inner light
