Sentence 5

vrittayah panchatayyah klishtaklishtah ||5||

वृत्तयः पञ्चतय्यः क्लिष्टाक्लिष्टाः ॥५॥

vṛttayaḥ pañcatayyaḥ kliṣṭākliṣṭāḥ ||5||

There are five types of misconceptions (vrittis), some of which are more agreeable than others: ||5||

vrittayah (वृत्तयः, vṛttayaḥ) = (nom. pl. f. from vritti (वृत्ति, vṛtti)) waves; lack of clarity; thought waves; misconceptions
panchatayyah (पञ्चतय्यः, pañcatayyaḥ) = (nom. pl. f. from panchatayya (पञ्चतय्य, pañcatayya)) five-fold, of a five-fold nature
klishta (क्लिष्ट, kliṣṭa) = (iic.) burdensome, painful, disagreeable, unpleasant
aklishtah (अक्लिष्टः, akliṣṭaḥ) = (nom. pl. m./acc. pl. f./nom. pl. f. from aklishta (अक्लिष्ट, akliṣṭa)) carefree, unencumbered, painless, agreeable, pleasant
