trayam ekatra sanyamah ||4||
त्रयमेकत्र संयमः ॥४॥
trayam-ekatra saṁyamaḥ ||4||
The three processes of dharana, dhyana, and samadhi, when taken together, are the components of meditation (samyama). ||4||
