Sentence 19
na tat svabhasam drishyatvat ||19||
न तत्स्वाभासं दृश्यत्वात् ॥१९॥
na tat-svābhāsaṁ dṛśyatvāt ||19||
As that which is mutable in human beings is not inherently identifiable, it is a perceptible object. ||19||
na (न, na) = (part.) not
tat (तत्, tat) = (acc. sg. n./nom. sg. n. from tad (तद्, tad)) whose
sva (स्वा, svā) = (nom. sg. f. from sva (स्व, sva)) itself
bhasam (भासम्, bhāsam) = (acc. sg. m. from bhasa (भास, bhāsa)) illuminating; luminous; identifiable; recognizable
sva bhasam (स्वाभासम्, svā-bhāsam) = self illuminating; inherently recognizable
drishyatvat (दृश्यत्वात्, dṛśyatvāt) = perceptibility; a perceptible object
