After a bunch of fitness related trainer teachings, I started a part-time job giving classes and coaching athletes. After some time, I came upon Ashtanga Yoga (or Ashtanga Yoga found me - I’m not so sure about that). At first, this was only a smart system of functional training for me, a way to build up core strength and mobility.
But while moving deeper into Yoga, I found an inner peace and a feeling of coming home, which I never felt before - not by doing some sort of wannabe-spirtual-yadiyadi, but just out of my daily practice.
What I love most about Ashtanga Yoga is the hands-on approach - you can take it with you, wherever you go, either in a hotel room or in a different yoga shala.
