inhale love, exhale peace... My path led me to yoga 14 years ago and sharing this energy is my passion today. I had my first lesson in pregnancy yoga, via Vinyasa Flow (my first yoga teacher training) I came to Ashtanga-Yoga and finally to the AYI method. I love to start the day with pranayama and yoga and to vibrate the whole day in my energy. The morning routine for me is a conscious way of being alive.
