Several small "coincidences" brought me to Ashtanga Yoga. It felt like coming home, - one of the best things that ever happened to me. Already after the first lesson I was hooked.For me, Ashtanga is calming down / blanking out unimportant things / humility before your own body / being happy about progress without being overambitious / focussing and controlling whilst simultaneously letting go. It is a symbiosis of challenge and devotion. Every day brings a new experience; no lesson feels like the lesson before. And the very best... you get to know yourself a bit better every day! Namaste!
