As a teenager I was a passionate vaulter. With my 8 team members I did acrobatic exercises on horseback. At some point the group broke up and I thought I'd never find another sport that had the same importance. But then I met Acrobatic Yoga. I've been doing yoga since I was 18, but it was this collaborative, acrobatic yoga style that grabbed me so much that I really wanted to become an acrobatic yoga teacher. After 5 years of self-practice, I did the training at "AcroYoga international" (acroyoga.org). A particularly important part of AcroYoga for me is the therapeutic part. After many workshops and a education, I also offer Thai Yoga Massage workshops and massages. I am also in the AshtangaYoga Inspired training and am fascinated by the ancient tradition, philosophy and beliefs of yoga.
