My fascination for Yoga, Indian Philosophy and the wisdom traditions of South Asia brought me to 10 years study of Classical Indology and Religious Studies at the University of Heidelberg. I've been on my personal yoga path since 2004. I've been teaching the AYI Method at the Pātañjala Yoga Institute (PYI) in Heidelberg since 2016. Additionally, I work on my dissertation at the University of Marburg under Prof. Jürgen Hanneder. I work on a critical edition of the Tattvabinduyoga of Ramacandra, a 16th century textbook written in south India which codifies 15 different Yogass for the first time.
