Hei, I am Renata, born in Brazil and since 2021 living in Germany.
My first real contact with yoga was in 2012. At that time I was working as an actress and dealing with a pos traumatic stress syndrome. Thats why I started to search for more body-mind stability and to better understand the connection between them.
Once I was introduced to Ashtanga Yoga I just couldn’t stop to practice anymore. That magic repetion connecting breath and movement gave me the ground that I was looking for.
I started to see and feel so many benefits that I decided to dive deeper and do a Hatha Yoga teacher training, and then… another teacher training and then… “suddenly” I was already giving classes. Thats when I realized that my life had completely changed, for the better :)
Nowadays, I teach Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow classes and just recently started my journey with the AYI method. I believe that yoga practice, when done with consistency, can be an amazing tool to connect deeply with your self and to create strength and flexibilit in the body-mind. As a result, one can go trough life with more acceptance and joy.
