sati vajrasane padau karabhyam dharayed dridham |"
gulpha-desha-samipe cha kandam tatra prapidayet ||114||

सति वज्रासने पादौ कराभ्यां धारयेद् दृढम् ।"
गुल्फदेशसमीपे च कन्दं तत्र प्रपीडयेत् ॥११४॥

sati vajrāsane pādau karābhyāṁ dhārayed dr̥ḍham ।"
gulpha-deśa-samīpe ca kandaṁ tatra prapīḍayet ॥114॥

In Vajrasana sitzend soll der Yogi beide Füße fest halten, |
am Platz nah am Knöchel und den Kanda dort drücken. ||114||
