The first chapter of Svatmarama’s Hatha yoga Pradipika, „Prathamo Padeshah“, is about diet and physical exercises (Asanas).

hatha (हठ, haṭha) = Name of the described yoga style, Sun Moon

siddham padmam tatha sinham bhadram v[a]-[i]{e}ti chatush.-tayam |"

सिद्धं पद्मं तथा सिंहं भद्रं व्[अ][इ]{ए}ति चतुष्टयम् ।"
श्रेष्ठं तत्रापि च सुखे तिष्ठेत् सिद्धासने सदा ॥३६॥

siddhaṁ padmaṁ tathā siṁhaṁ bhadraṁ v[a]-[i]{e}ti catuṣ.-tayam ।"
śreṣṭhaṁ tatrāpi ca sukhe tiṣṭhet siddhāsane sadā ॥36॥

Siddhasana, Padmasana, Simhaasana und Bharasana - also diese vier. |
Von diesen ist Siddhasana sogar noch die beste und bequem zum fortwährenden Verweilen. ||36||
