punar virechayet tadvat purayech cha punah punah |"
yathaiva lohakarena bhastra vegena chalyate ||62||

पुनर् विरेचयेत् तद्वत् पूरयेच् च पुनः पुनः ।"
यथैव लोहकारेण भस्त्रा वेगेन चाल्यते ॥६२॥

punar virecayet tadvat pūrayec ca punaḥ punaḥ ।"
yathaiva lohakāreṇa bhastrā vegena cālyate ॥62॥

Wieder soll (der Yogi) genauso ausatmen und einatmen, wieder und wieder. |
Genauso wie der Blasebalg des Hufschmiedes schnell gepumpt wird. ||62||
