Description 

There are situations in our lives that are so demanding that they throw us off track. It is also important to know that this can happen to anyone at any time, meaning that it does not affect those who have experienced trauma.  Once you are thrown off track, it sends you physically and emotionally out of balance and can make it hard to stay grounded. Even the stresses of everyday life over time can wear us down and can drive us to search for our lost holistic balance. 

In this short breath-based movement practice you have the chance to bring your full awareness to your breath. Your breath guides you through your practice and works like a metronome to guide and support your movement. By practicing here on the mat, you can learn how to transpose this breath awareness technique at any time to help you to ground yourself, find your inner balance and merge back into your own rhythm. 

We invite you to practice along as you watch, experiencing for yourself the beauty of being carried by your breath. You may also discover why it is said that focusing on the breath creates a profound mind-body connection. 

At the end of the practice you will have the chance to sense into the effects of this practice while standing in Tadasana. You can take the time to become aware of the shift in your mind and body as a result of the practice. Let the experience resonate, taking a few moments to stay with it and then bring that sense with you into your daily life. Perhaps you will find yourself a bit less out of balance.

    Für mich schon immer die effektivste Methode um im Jetzt anzukommen. Meine persönlich intensivere Variante ist das mit geschlossenen Augen zu Praktizieren. ..
