Women - Yoga

As woman you may have to deal with difficult situations many times in your life. These challenges can be related to escapeand migration or be otherwise connected to your personal history. Sometimes you may feel that it is all getting too much. If you want to give your life a positive perspective and get back in to balance now, Yoga can help you make this change. Yoga works on the psychological as well as on the physical level.

Positive effects of yoga:

  •  reduces back pain, muscle and joint related pain
  •  minimizes inflammation
  •  helps with sleep regulation
  •  improves your mood
  •  increases strength, balance and stamina
  •  gives good physical shape and more flexibility
  •  helps you overcome (traumatic) stress and a challenging background

Structure of the class (75 minutes)

  • Welcome + Introduction – 5 minutes
  • Warm up – 5 minutes
  • AYI Basic Asanas (Yoga Positions) – 40 minutes
  • Finishing Sequence – 7 minutes
  • Relaxation – 7 minutes
  • Final Talk, Questions & Answers, Good bye – 10 minutes
