asteya pratishthayam sarvaratn opasthanam ||37||

अस्तेयप्रतिष्ठायां सर्वरत्नोपस्थानम् ॥३७॥

asteya-pratiṣṭhāyāṁ sarvaratn-opasthānam ||37||

Once non-stealing has been permanently established, all riches will be available. ||37||

asteya (अस्तेय, asteya) = to not steal
pratishthayam (प्रतिष्ठायाम्, pratiṣṭhāyām) = (loc. sg. f. from pratishtha (प्रतिष्त्ःा, pratiṣtḥā)) fixed; permanent stable
sarva (सर्व, sarva) = (iic.) all
ratna (रत्न, ratna) = (iic.) jewel; precious stone
upa (उप, upa) = near; nearby
sthanam (स्थानम्, sthānam) = space; room
upasthanam (उपस्थानम्, upasthānam) = (acc. sg. n./nom. sg.n. from upasthana (उपस्थान, upasthāna)) to be available
